Fudge Recipe with Coconut Oil

This healthy fudge recipe is made with extra virgin coconut oil, honey, and a few other common pantry ingredients.  It's easy, and this is a tasty way to get the health benefits of extra virgin coconut oil and raw honey, which I'll tell you more about at the bottom of the page.  If you use the butter, the coconut flavor is very mild and not really noticeable.  Though this isn't a traditional 'holiday' fudge recipe, it packs a really amazing chocolate punch, and is more of a 'fill the cravin...

Soda Pop Recipe

Here's a yummy soda pop recipe for times when you want a treat!  I prefer to avoid high fructose corn syrup and artificial colors, but we still like special drinks.  This is what I made for the kids when they were participating in Mama's work camp a few days ago...

It couldn't be easier!  You'll need

One bottle of carbonated water or seltzer water, and a container of juice concentrate.

Pour the juice concentrate into a pitcher.

This is the granola bar recipe of my dreams. 

I'd been on the hunt for a way to make my own granola bars for a couple of years now.  I kept finding recipes that required lots of ingredients, and too many steps.  Like "Make a double batch of granola, and then use it to make bars with this recipe."

Not. Happening.
